How long will my fresh blooms last?
Your fresh blooms will typically last 5-14 days with proper care. To extend their lifespan, keep them in fresh water and avoid extreme temperatures. Felicity & Petals is not responsible for flowers that wilt due to lack of care, heat exposure, or failure to place them in water. If you experience any quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. After this timeframe, we will not be able to offer replacements.
Can I choose the color of my fresh florals?
While we do our best to accommodate color requests, we cannot guarantee exact shades due to natural variations and seasonal availability. If a specific color is unavailable, we will substitute with the closest match to maintain the beauty of your arrangement. If you have special requests, please order in advance so we can source your preferred florals.
What if no one is home to accept the delivery?
If the recipient is not available, the flowers will be left in a safe location at the delivery address. We are not responsible for flowers left in extreme weather conditions. If re-delivery is needed, an additional fee will apply.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
At this time, we do not guarantee specific delivery times due to our daily delivery schedule. If you require a timed delivery, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.
