Refund policy

REFUNDS, SHIPPING, AND WARRANTIES

Felicity & Petals has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, you must contact us at info@felicityandpetals.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in no replacements or further action. We may require photos as proof to assess the issue and communicate with our suppliers. We will not replace any florals if contacted after 24 hours—no exceptions.

Weather Conditions & Delivery Responsibility
Felicity & Petals is not responsible for flowers left outside in extreme weather conditions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be available to receive the order or that the delivery is made to a suitable location, such as a workplace.

Incorrect Delivery Information
We do not provide replacements or refunds for orders where incorrect delivery information was supplied. It is the sender’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and detailed delivery instructions at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is given, we can attempt re-delivery, but this will incur an additional delivery fee, which must be paid before re-dispatch.

Refunds & Administrative Fees
In the rare case that a refund is approved, a mandatory $15 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Interstate Orders & Third-Party Couriers

  • All interstate orders are shipped within 7 days and are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on the third-party courier service.
  • By purchasing from Felicity & Petals, you acknowledge that we use third-party courier services, and we do not control their timeframes, handling, or delivery process.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damages, costs, or delays once the package has left our premises. This includes (but is not limited to) damage during transit, lost parcels, or late deliveries.
  • Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be provided due to third-party courier issues or change-of-mind purchases.

Pricing & Agreement to Terms

  • All prices include GST. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not place an order.

All disputes, discrepancies, or concerns will be strictly referenced against these terms in any orders, quotes, emails, or communications with Felicity & Petals.
